Zapier - Connecting all of my different accounts and sending automated lead sourcing messages
Apollo.io - Lead list sourcing
Upwork - this is not automated, but if you cannot afford long-term tools like the ones listed above, Upwork is a great place to find warm leads
3. The Trojan Horse Lead Magnet
Most lead magnets are too broad.
Offer something that qualifies AND pre-sells your audience.
Example: Instead of a generic “SEO Checklist,” try:
“The Exact SEO Strategy We Used to Rank #1 for ‘Best CRM Software’”
This attracts high-intent leads who want what YOU do.
4. The Before & After SEO Cheat Code
People love transformations. Google does too.
Hack your SEO by creating “Before & After” content:
Case studies showing ranking improvements
Articles contrasting old vs. new strategies
Showing client results before your service and after
Google rewards fresh, valuable content. Give it to them.
5. Reply & Win Email Strategy
